This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use during the first year after the purchase date.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Structural integrity of the bed frame, headboard, and other components.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Modifications or repairs not authorised by ProComfort.
  • Changes in comfort preference.

Luxury Range Warranty

For our luxury ranges, we extend the standard warranty to a 5-year manufacturing warranty. This extended warranty ensures that our premium products meet the highest standards and provide you with peace of mind for a longer period.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Structural integrity of the bed frame, headboard, and other components for five years.
  • Any issues specific to the luxury features of the bed.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Modifications or repairs not authorised by ProComfort.
  • Changes in comfort preference.

General Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • ProComfort reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under the warranty and to repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  • Shipping/collection costs for warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.
