How will my order be delivered?

Your order is delivered via our premium ‘white glove’ delivery service. 
Our couriers are highly experienced to make delivery day as stress-free and pleasurable as possible. 
The specialist team will remove all packaging and deliver your items in a room of your choice. If applicable, they will also assemble your products, so you can start enjoying them immediately.
You’ll be contacted beforehand to arrange a date and time that works for you. You can also expect a courtesy call when your order is 30 mins away. 

 

When will my order arrive?

All our products are bespoke, made to order with you, the customer, in mind. At every stage of manufacture, the products go through stringent quality checks to make sure you’re getting the high quality item you’re expecting. As a result of this, it can take 4-6 weeks for your order to be completed and to reach our warehouse awaiting delivery.
Once we receive your order, we aim to have it with you within 7 days. 
If you live in a difficult to reach area, it may take an additional 3 days for your order to reach you. 
In the majority of cases, your order will reach you sooner than expected.

 

Why is my order delayed?

As hard as we try to ensure your order gets to you on time, occasionally things don’t go according to plan. If your order does happen to get delayed, rest assured we will be in touch every step of the way so you stay informed on what’s happening with your items.
Our manufacture/delivery times are approximations and are there to give you a guideline as to when to expect your order. If your order is delayed we can’t be held responsible as our manufacture/delivery times are not guaranteed. 
Sometimes, delays can be unavoidable, such as the holiday season, road conditions or shortages and restrictions. In any scenario, if your order is going to be delayed, we will do our best to keep you updated.

 

What if your order doesn’t fit?

Please ensure access is available for our team to take your product inside. 
Please note it is your responsibility to check that your order will fit through any doors, hallways and stairs. Our delivery partners have the right to refuse delivery if they deem it not possible to deliver your item. The removal of anything affecting delivery such as doors and windows is at the discretion of the couriers, and any extra incurred costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
