Return Policy
When things don't go to plan, here's what happens...
In compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from when the order was placed, during which time you can cancel your order with us.

Cancellation before delivery
If the ordered item was a bespoke made-to-order item then a supplier was commissioned to make the item therefore falling outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
In those cases, if the order has already gone into production, you would then have to forfeit 25% of the order value to compensate the costs to the supplier.
Cancellation post delivery
If the ordered item was a bespoke made-to-order item then a supplier was commissioned to make the item therefore falling outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
In those cases, you would have to forfeit 25% of the total order value and you would also be expected to cover the cost of collection.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
