Who will be delivering my order?
We use a third party courier who provides a professional and premium white glove service.
Do your products come with a guarantee?
ProComfort is happy to provide a manufacturers warranty with our beds and mattresses.

Where are your products made?
As we are proud to be a British brand we source all of our products from British manufacturers based in the UK.
Will the mattress fit?
All of our products are made to standard UK size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Are your products compliant with UK regulations?
Yes, all our beds and mattresses are compliant with UK regulations and conform with the UK Fire Regulations BS7177.
Can I have my bed made in a custom size?
Please message us via our contact page and we’ll see if we can arrange something for you.
Can I postpone the delivery of my order?
Yes once the order is placed, our delivery partners will get in touch in regards to delivery. Please liaise with them for any delivery arrangements.
Is there a cost for delivery?
Delivery is free to Mainland UK.
Can you deliver my order on a weekend?
Yes once the order is placed, our delivery partners will get in touch in regards to delivery. Please liaise with them for any delivery arrangements.
Do you deliver to Ireland & Northern Ireland or to any other Isles?
Unfortunately, at this time we can not deliver to places other than Mainland UK, please refer to our delivery section.
Will you assemble my new bed?
Yes, assembly of your new bed is included in the premium white glove service.
